SELF DEFENCE

We teach self defence in all our programmes, this helps to give you confidence which is one of the best forms of self defence around! Having confidence prevents you looking like a victim, and you are therefore more likely to avoid any incidents where you would have to use self defence, which brings us to our second point on self defence.

We believe in prevention and avoidance as the key to self protection. Being aware of your environment and taking simple preventative measures is one of the key point we teach our students.

Attackers can range from opportunists, intoxicated people, pre emptive types and many more. Its important to be aware of the difference of these types and the steps you can take to protect you and your family from such incidents.

The martial arts we teach is useful and has been proven effective in many incidents, however, the primary aim we have for our students if they were forced to use physical methods to escape danger would be to use their fitness and be able to run away.

FREE CLASS

As an introduction to SMA we offer
a free class to every new customer
Your free class will be 40 mins long.

It will consist of a warm up & stretch
and some basic kick boxing
techniques, taken at your own pace.
It’s fun and easy to try- all ages
are welcome.
