Flexibility
On each of our courses we help develop flexibility and range of motion. If you consider yourself inflexible we can help! Flexibility is essential for your health and well being as it improves posture, blood flow and relieves muscular soreness.
Strength
Martial Arts provides a wide variety of strengthening exercises, these work each muscle group giving you balance strength. You may start to feel muscles you didn’t know you had! Due to the variety of exercises we provide, its easy for our instructors to build strength and you can exercise to your own level. Extra muscle and tone means a faster metabolism and more control over your weight.
Coordination
Learning to kick and punch in coordinating patterns using your body gives you added limb coordination as well as greater mobility. This can be useful in other sports, giving you the chances to exercise with more variety.
Cardiovascular
Martial Arts works all areas of your body, and requires your heart to pump blood to many areas which makes your heart stronger and your lung capacity larger which in turn improves you stamina.
FREE CLASS
As an introduction to SMA we offer
a free class to every new customer
Your free class will be 40 mins long.
It will consist of a warm up & stretch
and some basic kick boxing
techniques, taken at your own pace.
It’s fun and easy to try- all ages
are welcome.
